Crossroads Baptist

Rich and Cathy Costanza; Elijah

Connections Pastor

Thank you for being our guest at I was in the same position as you over 20 years ago, and then became a new member at CrossRoads and have since seen God do great things! It started when my wife, Cathy, and all of our children trusted Jesus Christ as Savior and were baptized in this ministry. Soon thereafter, we all surrendered for full-time Christian service.

I graduated as valedictorian from seminary at Tennessee Temple University, earning a Masters degree in Ministry, a Masters in Religious Education. and a PhD in Educational Leadership. In addition, I taught and was Assistant Administrator in a Christian School, Sunday School Superintendent, L.I.F.E Group Teacher, and AWANA Commander for our church. In 2005, the Lord opened the door for me to join our church staff. As you can see, God has brought us a long way, and I pray that you also would similarly experience awesome things that God can do in one's life.

L.I.F.E. Groups

I didn't really want to go. I didn't see the point. But my wife, Cathy, talked me into it, and I'm glad she did. At CrossRoads, we believe that our small group ministry is the lifeblood of our church. It is the means by which true fellowship and ministry take place. As an individual who trusted Christ in a Sunday School setting, and now as Christian Education Pastor, I am committed and responsible for the overall direction of this ministry. We realize that having numerous small groups for you to choose from is not only healthy for the church as a whole, but essential for you, individually, as you connect with a L.I.F.E. Group and receive the life-changing benefits of Learning practical truths from God's Word in an informal setting, Involvement as you interact and serve with other Christians, establish godly Friendships, and receive Encouragement in your daily walk with God.
